Dr. Daniela Procida Raggio

Qualified in Dentistry in 1993 at the Paulista University, São Paulo, Brazil. Specialized in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of São Paulo. Master and Ph.D. course in Pediatric Dentistry, University of São Paulo, with visiting research fellow to ACTA (Academic Centre for Dentistry), Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Dr. Raggio is currently working as Associate Professor at the Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry Department, School of Dentistry, University of São Paulo. She is also a board member at the School of Dentistry foundation (2018-2022). More than 160 papers published in international scientific journals and supervision of 30 students in masters and Ph.D. She has also been a recipient of research grants from Brazilian agencies and awards in scientific congresses. Her research focus is Cariology, Minimum Intervention Dentistry (MID), Evidence-based practice, and Atraumatic Restorative Treatment (ART).
