ABSTRACT
The aesthetic of primary teeth in patients affected by caries (ECC) or enamel defects is not easy. Zirconium crowns are gaining more and more followers. However, due to carving, loss of structure and the need for patient collaboration, which is often achieved with sedation, this type of treatment is primarily limited to patients with a medium-high socioeconomic level.
We present a different way to restore with composite without grinding, in the case of one, several anterior teeth. We will talk about improving the adhesion and polishing using modern composite or bioactive materials. The main objective is to have predictable functional and esthetic results daily.
