Registration Confirmation / Invoice Policy 

An automatic registration confirmation will be sent by email after the registration has been completed online. 

An official invoice will be sent by email after the congress.

A confirmation of payment will be sent by email after the payment has been received on  the congress account by the congress office. 

Registration Cancellation (Refunds) Policy 

All cancellations must be electronically mailed to the Congress Office, info@contemppediatrdent.org.

 The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds and will be returned within 30 days after congress ending.

  • Before and including 31 July 2023 (GMT +0): %50 refundable
  • After and including 01 August 2023 GMT +0): non refundable
