Minimum intervention dentistry is becoming increasingly associated with the rediscovery of SDF and the evolution of glass ionomers. However, we must remember that white teeth represent health for the general population.The problem is that when we review the literature on restorations in primary teeth, we find a discouraging panorama. Restorations that do not withstand the short life cycle of primary teeth fail frequently. In this conference, we will discuss how the oral ambience could influence the evolution of our treatment and how we modify the restoration technique to get the best result with modern bio-interaction material or news composites.
